BACKGROUND: The proposed Roseland Creek Community Park Master Plan (Master Plan) provides a comprehensive Master Plan that includes myriad park amenities reflective of the community’s collective input. The Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) was prepared in accordance with CEQA to analyze the potential environmental impacts associated with adoption of the Roseland Creek Community Park Master Plan and identifies mitigation measures that when implemented will reduce all potential impacts to less than significant levels.
