BACKGROUND: The proposed project includes Design Review for a four-story, 114-room hotel on a vacant 4.6-acre site. A 92,100 square foot, 48-foot 10-inch tall, building would occupy the undeveloped parcel. In addition to hotel rooms, the project includes a fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, lawn area, and one hundred sixteen (116) on-site parking spaces.
