(THIS ITEM IS CONTINUED FROM THE FEBRUARY 10, 2026, REGULAR MEETING) RECOMMENDATION: The Transportation and Public Works Department recommends that the Council, by motion: 1) approve the purchase of four (4) 2029 Pierce Enforcer Type 1 Fire Engines with Golden State Fire Apparatus Inc. of Sacramento, California for a total amount not to exceed $5,709,802; 2) approve the use of cooperative purchasing through the Houston Galveston Area Council Interlocal Cooperative Agreement #10-2428, Pierce H-GAC Contract #FS12.23; and 3) authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the Purchase Order.
