No development is proposed at this time.

BACKGROUND: On May 28, 2020, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 12013 recommending that the Council rezone 3991 and 3995 Sebastopol Road into the R-1-6 (Single-family Residential) zoning district consistent with the General Plan land use designation of Low Density Residential. No new development is proposed at this time.
