The project proposes to legalize the location of a wood-fueled pizza oven and a trash bin enclosure that were constructed in an exterior side yard setback area of a corner lot.  Approval of a Minor Use Permit and Minor Design Review are required to allow the accessory structures in the exterior side setback area.  As-built elevations are not currently available.  The trash bin would exceed 36 inches in height, while the cement block portion of the pizza oven would be 7.5 feet height with the ventilation component extending higher.
