To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

The City’s Laguna Treatment Plant produces approximately 32,000 tons of biosolids each year. While much of these biosolids are beneficially re-used as fertilizer on agricultural lands during dry months, this option is not available year-round and biosolids are currently composted at the City-owned biosolids compost facility during the wet season. This compost facility is aging and expensive to operate, and the City wishes to procure a better alternative to beneficially re-use biosolids that meets the City’s biosolids program goals.
