To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

Title: RESOLUTION - ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM (ATP) GRANT APPLICATION (Continued from August 18, 2020, Regular Meeting) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, authorize the Assistant City Manager to submit a grant application to the California Transportation Commission and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission requesting Active Transportation Program Cycle 5 grant program funds for the right of way and construction phases of the Highway 101 Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing, south of Steele Lane and north of College Avenue; and authorize the Assistant City Manager to negotiate and execute any master agreement, amendments thereto or other documents necessary to apply for and administer the grant funding, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
