To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Since that time City staff and PlaceWorks have developed and obtained public comments for a Community Involvement Strategy for the project, the purpose of which is to ensure that effective, diverse communication occurs through a community-wide outreach and engagement program.
