PUBLIC HEARING - REZONE THE PROPERTIES AT 3991 AND 3995 SEBASTOPOL ROAD TO THE R-1-6 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT CONSISTENT WITH THE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE DESIGNATION OF LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (Continued from August 18, 2020, Regular Meeting)
BACKGROUND: On May 28, 2020, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 12013 recommending that the Council rezone 3991 and 3995 Sebastopol Road into the R-1-6 (Single-family Residential) zoning district consistent with the General Plan land use designation of Low Density Residential. No new development is proposed at this time.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Planning Commission and the Planning and Economic Development Department that the Council introduce an ordinance to rezone the properties located at 3991 and 3995 Sebastopol Road into the R-1-6 (Single-family Residential) zoning district for General Plan consistency.
