To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: RESOLUTION - APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF MODULAR TEMPORARY FIRE STATION BETWEEN THE MENLO PARK FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, APPROVAL OF AN ADDITIONAL TWO-YEAR EXTENSION, AND AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Fire Department and Real Estate Services that Council, by resolution: 1) approve the First Amendment to the Agreement for the Use of a Modular Temporary Fire Station Trailer and Apparatus Tent Between the Menlo Park Fire Protection District (District) and the City of Santa Rosa, extending the term by three years in the amount of one dollar ($1) per year; 2) authorize the City Manager to approve an up to an additional two-year extension to the Agreement if deemed necessary; and 3) authorize the City Manager to execute all amendments and any necessary documents, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
