The Water Department will implement Cityworks, the new Asset Management System, over the next ten to fourteen months. The Water Department’s current Water Billing System, CIS, will need to be integrated with the Cityworks system to manage the meters and customer service across the organization. The proposed PSA provides both process and technical program expertise to create a seamless integration of these systems and services. | | |
