There were five respondents to the RFP, the most responsive and qualified consultant is Hildebrand Consulting, LLC. The statement of work will include a thorough analysis of customer water use, expenditures, assets and current water and sewer rates as well as an update to the water shortage rates. Santa Rosa Water proposes entering into a professional services agreement with Hildebrand Consulting to perform the work with a not to exceed amount of $135,000.   Not available Not available
