The Appeal application has been filed by Tom Murphy. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15303. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Economic Development Department recommends that the Planning Commission, by resolution, deny the appeal and uphold the Director’s approval of the Tree Removal Permit for the removal of one Coastal Redwood tree located at 721 Spring Street.   Not available Not available
