RECOMMENDATION: The Human Resources Department recommends that the Council, by resolution: 1) approve the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F003164 with Holly (Civic Calling Corporation) for the addition of a labor costing module, adding compensation by $22,500 for a total contract amount not to exceed $118,500 for the use of the labor costing module for the period of October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027; and 2) authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment. Sufficient appropriations are available in the current fiscal year budget. | | |
