This Staff Briefing summarizes Housing Authority (“Authority”)

expenditures and funding for July 1, 2023 - September 30, 2023.

Kate Goldfine, Administrative Services Officer, provided information

and answered Commissioner questions.

Megan Basinger, Director, assisted in responding to Commissioner

questions.

HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM

The purpose of this study session is to provide information on the

Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Megan Basinger, Director, gave a presentation and answered

Commissioner questions.

Annette Anthony, Program Specialist, assisted with the presentation

and responding to Commissioner questions.

Megan Basinger, Director, provided information regarding the

Pipeline Update, new employee Sara Hunt, recognition from HUD

that the City of Santa Rosa Housing Choice Voucher Program is a

high performing agency, and the closing of the Burbank Avenue

community development block grant project.

Nicole Del Fiorentino, Manager, assisted in responding to

Commissioner questions.
