BACKGROUND: Minor Conditional Use Permit for two catering trucks  
operating from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Thursday and  
6:00 am to 1:00 am Friday and Saturday, and 6:00 am to 12:00 am on  
Sundays. Exempt Project: 15304  
PROJECT PLANNER: Jandon Briscoe  
RECOMMENDATION:It is recommended by the Planning and  
Economic Development Department that the Zoning Administrator  
approve a resolution for a Minor Conditional Use Permit to allow two  
Mobile Food Vending Facilities at 1410 Sebastopol Road.  
Project Planner Jandon Briscoe presented.  
Applicant responded to Zoning Administrator questions.  
Zoning Administrator opened and closed public comment.
