case
The City is in receipt of information that might result in litigation against
the City that is known to a potential plaintiff and pertains to potential
employment-related claim.
No public comments were made.
Vice Mayor Okrepkie recessed the meeting to closed session
at 1:34 p.m.
Mayor Stapp joined the meeting in closed session at approximately
1:38 p.m, under the remote participation under the Just Cause
provisions of GC 54953.8.3 due to official city business travel and
announced that no one over 18 years of age was present from
remote participation. Council Member Alvarez joined the meeting in
closed session under the Just Cause provisions of GC 54953.8.3
due to a contagious illness and announced that no one over 18
years of age was present from remote participation.
