Transportation and Public Works Department Director, Dan Hennessey,  
and Housing and Community Services Director, Megan Basinger, will  
provide an overview of the City’s realignment related to the City’s  
budget constraints and the impacts on and restructuring of the  
Recreation and Parks Department and responsibility for the Board of  
Parks and Recreation.

MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT  
Assistant Parks Planner, Emily Ander, will present the MLK Jr. Park &  
Trail Master Plan Amendment and the community engagement process.
