Public Places Meeting. Any written correspondence will be included in  
the agenda before the meeting begins.

7. DEPARTMENT REPORTS  
This time is reserved for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest.  
No action will be taken on these matters except to possibly place a particular  
item on a future agenda for consideration.  
8. VICE CHAIR ELECTION  
Per Council Policy 000-42 “Public Art”, the Vice Chair shall be elected  
annually at the meeting following the appointment of a Chair.

Request for Volunteers  
Staff will present an overview of assistance needed for art mapping  
project and arts roundtable.  
Recommended Action: Select 1 -2 volunteers for each project to assist  
with implementation.  
Asawa Panels  
Staff will present an overview of art panels, new cost estimate, and  
project timeline.  
Recommended Action: Approve $75000 to Artworks Foundry from  
Public Art Fund.  
Arts and Culture Program Update  
Staff will present an Arts and Culture Program Update.  
Recommended Action: Information Only.
