PUBLIC HEARING - PARCEL MAP WAIVER TO SUBDIVIDE THE  
PROPERTY AT 1100 CODDINGTOWN CENTER INTO FIVE  
COMMERCIAL LOTS: FILE NO. CC24-004  
BACKGROUND: This is a proposal to subdivide a 2.82-acre lot into five  
separate parcels. The site is currently developed with five commercial  
buildings/uses and no new construction is proposed. The project is  
exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
