2. PUBLIC COMMENT  
This is a time when any person may address matters not listed on this  
agenda, but which are the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public may  
comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is allowed  
three minutes.  
3. VIOLENCE PREVENTION PARTNERSHIP UPDATES  
This time is reserved for Partnership staff to provide an update on current  
work, review any relevant data, and successes, opportunities and barriers.  
The Operational Team will also be provided an opportunity to provide an  
update to the Policy Team meeting at this time.  
4. SCHEDULED ITEMS  
4.1 CLIMATE UPDATE  
This is a time for Policy Team members to provide updates on relevant  
data including trends and hot spots, major incidents, success stories,  
challenges and needs. Members will have an opportunity during this time  
to discuss potential ways in which they can provide support and  
collaborate with one another.

4.2 PRESENTATION: SONOMA COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION  
Staff from Sonoma County Juvenile Probation will provide the Policy Team  
with an overview of their services and programs for youth and families.

to The Partnership, as time permits.
