of Building Regulations Appeals Meeting. Any written correspondence  
will be included in the agenda before the meeting begins.

RECOMMENDATION: The City of Santa Rosa respectfully  
recommends that the Board of Building Regulations Appeals, upon  
reviewing this staff report and considering all relevant testimony and  
evidence presented during the Appeal Hearing, deny the appeal  
submitted by Greenberg Property Investments LP and uphold staff’s  
issuance of the Notice and Order to Vacate.
