This is the time when any person may address matters not listed on this  
agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public  
may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is  
allowed three minutes.  
Live Public Comment: Members of the public can provide comment on an  
agenda item in-person from the Old Chamber Building, First Floor Large  
Conference room, at the time an agenda item is discussed during the Climate  
Action Subcommittee Meeting.  
Advance E-mail Public Comment: To submit an e-mailed public comment to  
the Climate Action Subcommittee, please send to: mmontoya@srcity.org by  
5:00 p.m., the Tuesday prior to the meeting. Identify in the subject line of your  
e-mail the agenda item number(s) on which you wish to comment, provide  
your name in the body of the e-mail and your comment. Comments received  
by the deadline will be e-mailed to all Subcommittee Members, will be posted  
to the agenda documents on-line, and be made part of the archive packet.

This time is reserved for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest.  
No action will be taken on these matters except to possibly place a particular  
item on a future agenda for consideration.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE INTEGRATED  
PEST MANAGEMENT POLICY  
In follow up to the direction received at the October 4th Climate Action  
Subcommittee meeting, this presentation will include various options for  
the Climate Action Subcommittee to consider in advance of drafting the  
City-Wide Integrated Pest Management Policy. Staff will present options  
for drafting the policy and an analysis of the implications of each  
decision.
