This time is reserved for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest.  
No action will be taken on these matters except to possibly place a particular  
items on a future agenda for consideration.

The Chair and Board Members may provide brief updates relevant to their  
district, Recreation and Parks, a committee they are on, or updates relevant  
to the subject matter within the jurisdiction of the Board of Parks and  
Recreation.  
7. SCHEDULED ITEMS

PARKS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM UPDATE  
Parks Planner Scott Wilkinson will present an overview of the Capital  
Improvement Program for Parks, highlighting recently completed  
construction projects, and updates on park improvement projects  
breaking ground this spring with anticipated completion by the end of  
2026. The presentation will also include a review of future projects, and  
background regarding how park improvement projects are organized,  
prioritized, and funded across the different quadrants of the City..

Tour of the Finley Community Center complex with information provided  
about Recreation programs and facilities. The tour will include the

posting of the Meeting Agenda. This time is reserved for discussion whether  
to place matters on a future agenda for further discussion.
