REPORT - FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 TRANSPORTATION AND  
PUBLIC WORKS PROPOSED WORK PLAN  
BACKGROUND: Each year, Transportation and Public Works (TPW)  
staff presents a proposed Work Plan for the Board to review. Annual  
Work Plans are created based on the transportation projects that are in  
the project development pipeline.  
RECOMMENDATION: This item is provided for the Board’s information  
and no action will be taken.

REPORT - VISION ZERO IMPLEMENTATION PLAN ANNUAL  
UPDATE  
BACKGROUND: Each year, Transportation and Public Works (TPW)  
staff presents an update on the Vision Zero Implementation Plan,  
annual collision data, and any other relevant updates related to  
reducing fatal and severe injury on the city’s transportation network.  
RECOMMENDATION: This item is provided for the Board’s information  
and no action will be taken.

IMPROVEMENT BUDGET  
BACKGROUND: Each year the Santa Rosa City Council adopts the  
annual Fiscal Year (FY) budget, appropriating money to various City  
Departments and specific accounts for the coming year  
RECOMMENDATION: This item is provided for the Board’s information  
and no action will be taken.
