1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

TELECONFERENCE OF LEGISLATIVE BODIES

Moved by City of Cotati (Scott), seconded by City of Rohnert Park

(Garrett). Approved by City of Santa Rosa, City of Cotati, City of Rohnert

Park, and City of Sebastopol.

The minutes for October 13, 2022 were approved as submitted.

4. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA MATTERS

5. NEW BUSINESS

5.1

PRESENTATION - FY 2023/24 PRELIMINARY BUDGET OVERVIEW

AND TIMING

Nick Harvey, Budget and Financial Analysis Manager, presented and

answered questions from the Subcommittee on the 2023/24

preliminary budget, including: preliminary increases; annual flows;

miscellaneous revenue; financial model and assumptions; and the

budget approval schedule.

5.2

PRESENTATION - REGIONAL OPERATIONS DIVISION UPDATE

Mike Prinz, Deputy Director - Water Reuse, presented a 2020

recap, and updates on 2023 year-to-date, recycled water storage,

discharge, and the UV disinfection upgrade status.

5.3

PRESENTATION - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES UPDATE

Sean McNeil, Deputy Director - Environmental Services, presented

on PFAS's, and phosphorus compliance.

5.4

PRESENTATION - SANTA ROSA’S “OUR WATER FUTURE” -

WATER SUPPLY ALTERNATIVES PLAN

Colin Close, Senior Water Resources Planner, presented and

answered questions on the Water Supply Alternatives Plan.

8. ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Santa Rosa

Subregional Wastewater Technical Advisory Committee, the

meeting adjourned at 9:31 a.m. The next meeting is scheduled for

March 9, 2023 at 8:00 a.m.
