PUBLIC HEARING - 1977 MARSH ROAD ANNEXATION AND SEWER
CONNECTION
BACKGROUND: Request for Pre-zoning of 1977 Marsh Road for the
purpose of annexation into the City of Santa Rosa to allow for future
sewer service connection from the City, to allow for building of an
accessory dwelling unit in the future. CEQA Exempt Project
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Economic Development
Department recommends that the Planning Commission, by resolution,
recommend to the City Council approval of a Pre-zoning of the property
located at 1977 Marsh Road to the RR-20 (Rural Residential) zoning
district.
