7.1  
REPORT - Redwood Bikeshare Update  
BACKGROUND: Staff from Drop Mobility will present an update on the  
Redwood Bikeshare program.  
RECOMMENDATION: This is an informational item. Drop Mobility is  
looking for input from the Board to add dropzone locations in Santa  
Rosa as well as looking for leads on sponsors to add more hub  
locations.  
PUBLIC COMMENTS  
Emily Shartin of Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition inquired about the  
metrics the SCTA is looking for.  
This item was received and filed.

REPORT - Fiscal Year (FY) 25/26 Capital Projects Budget  
BACKGROUND: Staff will present the Capital Improvement Budget  
approved by City Council as it relates to Bicycle and Pedestrian  
Infrastructure.  
RECOMMENDATION: This item is for board discussion.  
PUBLIC COMMENTS  
Emily Shartin spoke in favor and inquired about bike and pedestrian  
improvements on Calistoga Road in the area near Sequoia  
Elementary School.  
This item was received and filed.  
8. CHAIR/BOARD MEMBERS' ANNOUNCEMENTS  
Chair Narath reported that A Week Without Driving event is coming  
up. This is a national event that encourages communities to take a  
pledge to go for a week without driving a vehicle. The dates are  
September 29 to October 5.  
9. STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS  
- The Council unanimously adopted the Active Transportation Plan  
(ATP) at the meeting of July 8. There was over 30 minutes of public  
comment and support.  
- The Greenway Connectivity Study process is now entering the  
stakeholder phase and a meeting bringing stakeholders together is  
scheduled for July 21.  
- A recap of the annual NACTO Designing Cities Conference in  
Washington DC was given.  
- Staff is going to Council on August 19 to lower the speed limits on  
29 more street segments throughout the City.  
- The TDA Project, including the RRFB on Stony Point Road at  
Stony Circle, has been completed.  
- The next meeting will be held in September.
