To consider and take action on any request from a Board Member to

participate in a meeting remotely due to Just Cause or Emergency

Circumstances pursuant to AB 2449 (Government Code Section 54953(f)).

3. PUBLIC COMMENTS

This is the time when any person may address matters not listed on this

agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public

may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is

allowed up to three minutes.

Members, will be posted to the agenda documents on-line, and be made part

of the archive packet.

4.1

2024 WATER AND WASTEWATER RATE STUDY

Santa Rosa Water staff, in conjunction with Hildebrand Consulting, our

rate consultant, will give an overview of the rate study process and

present our proposed Water and Wastewater rate increases for fiscal

years 2026-2030 and request a recommendation from the

subcommittee for the Board of Public Utilities’ consideration.
