WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT UPDATE  
Staff will update the Board on Water Capital Improvement projects in  
planning, design, and construction phases, as well as timelines for bids  
of those on-going design projects. The Board may discuss this item and  
give direction to staff.

MOTION - CONTRACT AWARD - RECLAMATION PUMP STATION E  
BUILDING REPLACEMENT, CONTRACT NO. C02488  
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by Santa Rosa Water and the  
Transportation and Public Works Department that the Board, by motion,  
award Contract No. C02488, Reclamation Pump Station E Building  
Replacement, in the amount of $1,033,361.00 to the lowest responsible  
bidder, Arntz Builders Inc., of Petaluma, CA, approve a 15% contract  
contingency, and authorize a total contract amount of $1,188,365.15.

MOTION - APPROVAL - FIRST AMENDMENT TO GENERAL  
SERVICES AGREEMENT F002137 FOR BIOSOLIDS MANAGEMENT  
SERVICES  
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by Santa Rosa Water and the  
Finance Department that the Board of Public Utilities, by motion,  
approve the First Amendment to General Services Agreement (GSA)  
F002137 with Lystek International Limited (Lystek), Wilmington,  
Delaware, to extend the term three years and add compensation in the  
amount of $1,000,000 for a total amount not to exceed $7,405,770.

CITY OF SANTA ROSA AND THE COUNTY OF SONOMA FOR  
ADJUSTMENTS TO CITY OWNED UTILITY FACILITIES  
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by Santa Rosa Water that the  
Board of Public Utilities, by motion, approve the First Amendment to the  
Agreement Between the City of Santa Rosa and the County of Sonoma  
for Adjustments to City Owned Utility Facilities.
