PUBLIC HEARING - LANDMARK ALTERATION FOR EXTERIOR
RENOVATIONS TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 410
SANTA ROSA AVENUE, FILE NO. LMA24-008
BACKGROUND: The project proposes modifications to all exterior
building façades, including new windows and doors, new siding, and
other architectural modifications. The changes will facilitate the
conversion of commercial space at the lower level of the structure to
residential. The project is exempt from the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA).

In compliance with Zoning Code Section 20-62, the decision of the Cultural Heritage Board is final unless an appeal is filed on a
within 10 calendar days of the action. The time limit will extend to the following business day where the last day falls on a day
