This is a time when any person may address matters not listed on this  
agenda, but which are the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public may  
comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is allowed  
three minutes.  
3. PARTNERSHIP UPDATES  
This time is reserved for Partnership staff to provide an update on current  
work, review any relevant data, and successes, opportunities and barriers.  
The Operational Team will also be provided an opportunity to provide an  
update to the Policy Team at this time.  
4. SCHEDULED ITEMS  
4.1 CLIMATE UPDATE  
This is a time for Policy Team members to provide updates on relevant  
data including trends and hot spots, major incidents, success stories,  
challenges, and needs. Members will have an opportunity during this time  
to discuss potential ways in which they can provide support and  
collaborate with one another.

PRESENTATION - SSU PRE-COLLEGIATE PROGRAMS  
Attachments:  
Staff from Sonoma State University's Pre-Collegiate Programs will provide  
the Policy Team with an overview of Academic Talent Search and Upward  
Bound, as well as summer opportunities and resources for parents.

This schedule is tentative and subject to change pending final publication and  
posting of the Meeting Agenda. This time is reserved for discussion whether  
to place matters on a future agenda for discussion.
