REPORT - Vice Chair Election  
BACKGROUND: The Board may elect a Vice Chair to serve a one-year  
term.  
RECOMMENDATION: The Board shall, by motion, elect a Vice Chair to  
serve a one-year term.

REPORT - General Plan Update - Santa Rosa Forward Draft Bicycle  
and Pedestrian Goals and Policies  
BACKGROUND: Staff will provide a draft of Santa Rosa General Plan  
2050 Bicycle and Pedestrian Goals and Policies and seek feedback  
from the Board.  
RECOMMENDATION: This item is for Board discussion. No action is  
required.

REPORT - Bicycle Friendly Community Designation Application - 2023  
Bicycle Friendly Business Designation Application - 2023  
BACKGROUND: The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board may  
support submitting a Bicycle Friendly Community Application & Bicycle  
Friendly Business Application.  
RECOMMENDATION: No Action Required. The Board may support  
working with staff to submit a Bicycle Friendly Community Application  
and a Bicycle Friendly Business Application for 2023.

BACKGROUND: Staff will introduce and seek feedback on final design  
concepts for Hearn Avenue Interchange.  
RECOMMENDATION: This item is for Board discussion and input on
