RESPONSE TO AN APPEAL OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE AND

ORDER TO VACATE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 801 TUPPER

ST #806, SANTA ROSA, CA 95404, APN 009-202-048.

RECOMMENDATION: The City of Santa Rosa respectfully

recommends that the Board of Building Regulations Appeals, upon

reviewing this staff report and considering all relevant testimony and

evidence presented during the Appeal Hearing, deny the appeal of

tendered by Sally Steinhart and uphold staff’s issuance of a Notice and

Order to Vacate.

Senior Code Enforcement Office, Cassidy Anderson, presented.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Lawson, seconded by Board Member

Gordon, to deny the appeal of tendered by Sally Steinhart and uphold
