BACKGROUND: Amendments to Titles 20 and 21 of the Santa Rosa
City Code to implement goals, policies, and programs within the
2023-2031 Housing Element and State law.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Economic Development
Department recommends that the Planning Commission, by resolution,
recommend to the City Council adoption of amendments to Titles 20
and 21 of the Santa Rosa City Code to implement goals, policies, and
programs within the 2023-2031 Housing Element and State law.
