3RD QUARTER GENERAL FUND REVIEW AND YEAR-END

PROJECTIONS

Presenter: Alan Alton, Chief Financial Officer

Purpose: Information will be presented to review the data from the end

of Q3 FY24/25, and the anticipated projections for year-end.

FORMATION OF BUDGET DEFICIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (BDAC)

Presenter: Alan Alton, Chief Financial Officer

Purpose: Staff will hold a discussion with the Subcommittee to receive

recommendations and direction on the structure and mission of this new

Ad Hoc committee.

Recommendation Action: Information

This item will be continued to determine best way to provide

oversight.
