Meeting called to order at 9:05am.  
1. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS  
2. PUBLIC COMMENT  
None.  
3. PARTNER UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS  
Sonoma State announced the launch of Project Rebound for  
formerly incarcerated students.  
Chop's Teen Club announced the graduation of a Work Ready  
cohort.  
Sonoma County Office of Education has been granted a training for  
standard response and reunification procedures.  
Santa Rosa Fire Department provided an update on the Future Fire  
Academy.  
Janice Karmann provided public comment.  
Anabel Nunez provided public comment.  
4. VIOLENCE PREVENTION PARTNERSHIP UPDATES  
Program Manager Ronshausen provided an update on the CHOICE  
grant program reporting deadlines. She also announced that due to  
staffing and budget cuts, the Violence Prevention Seminar will no  
longer be held. Lastly, Ms. Ronshausen shared The Partnership's  
response to the two recent gang-related shootings in Santa Rosa,  
including efforts to establish hospital-based intervention.

5. SCHEDULED ITEMS  
5.1 CLIMATE UPDATE  
SRPD  
Chief Cregan provided an overview of 2025 crime statistics and  
the department's legislative priorities for 2026. Lt. Isachsen  
provided an update on several recent crimes in the community  
and efforts to strengthen collaboration with school partners.  
Juvenile Probation  
Deputy Chief Probation Officer, Brad Michnevich, shared  
population updates at Los Guillicos and changes to job  
classifications within the department.  
District Attorney's Office  
Anne Masterson, Chief Deputy District Attorney, shared staffing  
updates and provided clarification on their referral process for  
victims and perpetrators of violence.  
Public Defender's Office  
No updates.  
City of Santa Rosa Transit  
Rachel Ede, Deputy Director of Transit, provided an update on  
incidents at the Transit Mall and on City buses. She stated that  
her team was working on a flyer regarding safety at the Transit  
Mall.  
Other Community Updates  
Jackie Gonzalez (Santa Rosa Plaza) provided an update on the  
Santa Rosa Plaza's security protocols and potential changes to  
their operating hours. She also provided on an update on the  
opening of Dave and Busters.  
Adam Peacocke provided an update on the graffiti abatement  
partnership with the City of Santa Rosa and the faith community.  
Schools  
Stacy Desideri, Santa Rosa City School, provided an update on  
SRCS's budget issues and potential staffing reductions. She  
reinforced how budget issues underline the need for increased  
cooperation with external partners.  
Jessica Peterson, Roseland Charter Schools, provided an  
update on school consolidation.  
Anabel Nunez provided public comment.
