This time is reserved for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest.
No action will be taken on these matters except to possibly place a particular
item on a future agenda for consideration.
3. SCHEDULED ITEMS
3.1 STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE
Partnership staff will present a completed draft of the 2024-2028 strategic
plan for review and approval.

3.2 POLICY TEAM STRUCTURE DISCUSSION
Policy Team members will discuss the structure of the body moving
forward, including structure of agenda and potential subcommittees.
3.3 PARTNER UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
This is a time for agency updates, announcements, and other items related
to The Partnership, as needed and time permitting.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT
This is the time when any person may address matters not listed on this
agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public
may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is
allowed three minutes. Public comments may also be submitted by 12:00
p.m., the Tuesday before the Policy Team meeting via e-mail at
santarosapartnership@srcity.org. Email public comments will be provided to
all Policy Team members prior to the meeting.
