2. PUBLIC COMMENT
This is the time when any person may address matters not listed on this
agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public
may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is
allowed three minutes. Public comments may also be submitted by 12:00
p.m., the Tuesday before the Policy Team meeting via email at
santarosapartnership@srcity.org. Email public comments will be provided to
all Policy Team members prior to the meeting.
3. VIOLENCE PREVENTION PARTNERSHIP UPDATES
This time is reserved for Partnership staff to provide an update on current
work, review any relevant data, and successes, opportunities and barriers.
This Operational Team will also be provided an opportunity to provide an
update to the Policy Team at this time.
4. SCHEDULED ITEMS
4.1 CLIMATE UPDATE
This is a time for Policy Team members to provide updates on current
work, relevant data including trends and hot spots, major incidents,
success stories, challenges and needs. Members will have an opportunity
during this time to discuss potential ways in which they can provide
support and collaborate with one another.
