the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board. Each speaker is limited to three

REPORT - Hearn Avenue Interchange  
BACKGROUND: Staff will introduce and seek feedback on final design  
concepts for Hearn Avenue Interchange.  
RECOMMENDATION: This item is for Board discussion and input.  
Staff will gather comments from the Board and work with our consultant  
to implement modifications during construction of the project.

BACKGROUND: Staff will review the Capital Improvement Budget as it  
relates to Bicycle and Pedestrian Infrastructure.
