may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is  
allowed three minutes.

Comments received by the deadline will be e-mailed to all Subcommittee  
Members, will be posted to the agenda documents on-line, and be made part  
of the archive packet.

REGIONAL, AND STORM WATER AND CREEKS BUDGET  
OVERVIEW  
Staff will present the proposed fiscal year 2024-25 Water, Wastewater,  
Regional, and Storm Water and Creeks budget information including  
operations and maintenance, capital improvement and debt service  
budgets, capital project highlights, revenue projections and budget  
schedule for the Subcommittee’s comment and recommendation.
