may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is  
allowed three minutes.

PROPOSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH  
INTEGRATED PROJECT SOLUTIONS FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN  
SERVICES FOR THE DELTA POND STANDBY GENERATOR AND  
LAGUNA TREATMENT PLANT ANNEX BOILER REPLACEMENTS  
PROJECT  
The proposed professional services agreement provides engineering  
design services for the Delta Pond Standby Generator and Laguna  
Treatment Plant (LTP) Annex Boiler Replacements project. This project  
will rehabilitate critical infrastructure ancillary to the Santa Rosa  
Regional Water Reuse System at two separate locations. The Capital  
Projects Engineering Team proposes entering into a Professional  
Services Agreement with Integrated Project Solutions of Walnut Creek,  
California, for engineering design and permitting services as required  
for the project with a not to exceed amount of $392,282.00.
