Members of the public accessing the meeting through the Zoom link will be  
able to provide public comment on an agenda item at the time the Agenda  
Item is discussed during the Art in Public Places Committee meeting.  
Public Comment can also be submitted by 5:00 pm on Sunday, April 3, via  
e-mail at APPC@srcity.org and via recorded voice message at  
707-543-3080. All written comments will be attached to the item for the  
review of the Committee Members and the Public. Voicemail messages  
will be played (up to 3 minutes each) at the time that Agenda Item is  
discussed during the meeting of the Art in Public Places Committee.

Public Art & the HWY 101 Bicycle & Pedestrian Overcrossing  
Public Art Program and Transportation & Public Works staff will present  
the HWY 101 Bicycle & Pedestrian Overcrossing Project background,  
visual context and rendered designs, discuss potential locations for  
public art in the project, and receive committee input.
