Members of the public accessing the meeting through the Zoom link will be

Item is discussed during the Art in Public Places Committee meeting.

review of the Committee Members and the Public. Voicemail messages will

Community Mural at Dutch Flohr Park  
Artist Vijay Kareesan will present a proposal for a self-funded,  
community mural on privately owned fences that face Dutch Flohr Park  
in NW Santa Rosa. The property owners have provided permission and  
the Parks Department as approved the location for temporary artwork  
with no obligation to maintain the artwork.  
Recommended Action: Approval of Artwork design
