PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54953(e) AND THE
RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEALTH OFFICER OF THE COUNTY OF
SONOMA, DOWNTOWN SUBCOMMITTEE MEMBERS WILL BE
PARTICIPATING IN THIS MEETING VIA ZOOM WEBINAR.
MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING

BY DIALING 669-219-2599, THEN ENTER WEBINAR ID: 896 7808 3424.
The public accessing the meeting through the Zoom link will be able to
provide public comment on agenda item at the time the Agenda Item is
discussed during the Downtown Subcommittee meeting.
Public Comment can also be submitted by 5:00 pm, the Monday before the
Downtown Subcommittee meeting via e-mail at
EconomicDevelopment@srcity.org and via recorded voice message at
707-543-3080. All comments written comments will be attached to the item
for the review of the Subcommittee Members and the Public. Voicemail
messages will be played (up to 3 minutes each) at the time that Agenda
Item is discussed during the meeting of the Downtown Subcommittee
meeting.
