RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEALTH OFFICER OF THE COUNTY OF
SONOMA, CLIMATE ACTION SUBCOMMITTEE MEMBERS WILL BE
PARTICIPATING IN THIS MEETING VIA ZOOM WEBINAR.

The public accessing the meeting through the Zoom link will be able to
provide public comment on agenda items at the time an agenda item is
discussed during the Climate Action Subcommittee Meeting.
Public Comment for any agenda item may also be submitted by 5:00
p.m., Tuesday, December 13 via e-mail at dmanis@srcity.org. Please
add subject "Climate Action Subcommittee Public Comment - Item
#____". E-mail public comments received by the deadline will be
distributed to Subcommittee members and uploaded to the agenda prior
to the start of the Climate Action Subcommittee meeting.

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA MATTERS
This is the time when any person may address matters not listed on this
agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public
may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is
allowed three minutes.
3. DEPARTMENT REPORTS
This time is reserved for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest.
No action will be taken on these matters except to possibly place a particular
