The meeting was called to order by Chair Kiefer at 3:35PM.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of Minutes: April 5, 2021

A motion was made by Committee Member Nathanson, seconded by
Committee Member Puentes, that this Art in Public Place Committee Item be
Approved as submitted. The motion carried unanimously.

5.1
Selection of Vice Chair
Per Council Policy 000-42 “Public Art”, the Vice Chair shall be elected by the
APPC members on an annual basis.
Recommended Action: Selection of Vice Chair
A motion was made by Committee Member Puentes, seconded by
Committee Member Nathanson that Member Jones-Carter be appointed as
Vice Chair. The motion carried by the following vote:
