The meeting was called to order by Chair Kiefer at 3:33PM.

Memorial Crosswalk Street Painting  
Judy Kennedy will present a community art project proposed for the intersection of  
2nd Street and D Street. The project has applied for a City of Santa Rosa  
Community Advisory Board Neighborhood Improvement Grant. The Transportation  
& Public Works Department has approved this location for temporary street art.  
Recommended Action: Approval of artwork designs.  
A motion was made by Committee Member Nathanson, seconded by Vice  
Chair Jones-Carter, that this Art in Public Places item be approved. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

St. Rose Neighborhood Street Mural  
Denise Hill will present a community art project proposed for the traffic diverter at  
10th and B Streets. The project has applied for a City of Santa Rosa Community  
Advisory Board Neighborhood Improvement Grant. The Transportation & Public  
Works Department has approved this location for temporary street art.  
Recommended Action: Approval of artwork design.

A motion was made by Committee Member Baumgartner, seconded by Vice  
Chair Jones-Carter, that this Art in Public Places item be approved . The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Ruth Asawa Art Panels  
Staff will present background, current condition reports and a recommendation for  
moving forward with returning the Ruth Asawa artwork panels to Courthouse  
Square.  
Recommended Action: Approval of installation of bronze casts of the Ruth Asawa  
panels on the fountain in Courthouse Square  
A motion was made by Committee Member Nathanson, seconded by  
Committee Member Baumgartner, that this Art in Public Place Committee  
item be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
