Jones Carter, that this Art in Public Places Committee Agenda Item be  
approve as submitted. The item will be continued to the May 2, 2022  
meeting for a vote as not enough affirmative votes were received.

Public Art & the HWY 101 Bicycle & Pedestrian Overcrossing  
Public Art Program and Transportation & Public Works staff will present the HWY  
101 Bicycle & Pedestrian Overcrossing Project background, visual context and  
rendered designs, discuss potential locations for public art in the project, and  
receive committee input.  
Recommended Action: Discussion, provide input  
Comments:  
David Harris expressed his desire to have public art bring attention  
to climate crisis and for the Committee to consider how it might be  
further incorporated.
