Community Mural at Dutch Flohr Park  
Artist Vijay Kareesan will present a proposal for a self-funded,  
community mural on privately owned fences that face Dutch Flohr Park  
in NW Santa Rosa. The property owners have provided permission and  
the Parks Department as approved the location for temporary artwork  
with no obligation to maintain the artwork.  
Recommended Action: Approval of Artwork design  
A motion was made by Vice Chair Jones-Carter, seconded by Committee  
Member Baumgartner, that this Art in Public Places Committee Agenda Item  
be approved as submitted.  
The motion carried by the following vote:
